I just finished my third week and have lost almost 10 lbs (my next weigh in is Monday...hopefully I&#039;ll see a few more lbs come off). The C25K is something that has helped me tremendously. 		<description>well I went for two walks today.  Not extraordinary but they were walks.  And as long as I stay out of the cookies tonight I will do good.    I need some rewards so I have decided that after I lose 7 more lbs I get to buy a new top.  Time to go get some more water before laying down for the night.</description>

		<description>When I&#039;m really needing to eat 0 point foods don&#039;t do it for me.  1 point foods are better.  I like the Weight Watcher Peanut Butter Bliss Bars.  Yummy!  You can pick them up in a WW - center.  They are really tasty.  Then I have other substantial foods to snack on like veggie fajitas with low carb tortillas and no-fat sour cream.  If my veggies are warm with a little cheese and low fat tortilla I feel like I&#039;m eating a lot, it&#039;s a lot of food, but not a lot of points.

F and I are also enjoying the WW soup.  If anyone is interested let me know and I&#039;ll post the recipe.  It is GOOD and I sprinkle a little cheese on top or if I&#039;m too hungry have a piece of toast with it.    -  T</description>
