Today was my first full day on SparkPeople.com. I really like it as a system for keeping track. I think I will keep using this as a system of reflection.
My calorie goal is between 1300 – 1650. Today, I hit 1465. I had ZERO girl scout cookies today (yes, they are in, you will start to receive them this weekend). (Yesterday, I had a few GSC’s). I did Week 1 Day 3 of Couch to 5k (c25k). Today I made it 1.55 miles. I also got in all of my water. I did less good on the vegetable front. I am going to have to make veg’s the first part of every meal. Otherwise, I don’t really eat them.
This morning’s weigh in was good too (186.5). SparkPeople, like Weight Watchers, will only let me record my weight weekly. Guess I will have to get used to that.
This is a bit rambley – I am going to try to hit the sack now.
Well, today I got in another great workout. I used the podcast I found on the c25k.com web site. I really enjoyed it. Best of all, I made it about .41 miles farther than yesterday. I am tracking my progress on the Couch to 5K program here.
BUT, I did not eat well today. Quite a bit of mindless eating happened today. It is time to get that back under control.
