Well, today I got in another great workout. I used the podcast I found on the c25k.com web site. I really enjoyed it. Best of all, I made it about .41 miles farther than yesterday. I am tracking my progress on the Couch to 5K program here.
BUT, I did not eat well today. Quite a bit of mindless eating happened today. It is time to get that back under control.
